Financial Support

The initial start-up funding for the OTTC came from the community partners who invested more than $500,000 to
renovate and equip the facilities, develop curriculum and commence academic programming at the new centre
In addition, the Government and Community Partnerships Department, Fanshawe College, have assisted OTTC
in securing other start-up funds from the federal and provincial governments. Ongoing operating funds are expected
to come from tuition, provincial grants and other funding programs and from a sustained commitment by
OTTC. Over $1.2 million dollars has been contributed to date by committed supporters and continued financial

support from Fanshawe and TVDSB of $10,000 each is contributed annualy.
